Hi Emma, Tamer, and all the dive team,
Well I'm back home now, and already missing the Hyatt. What a great time I had diving with you guys.
Thanks very much for making my stay so good. Keep up the great work. One key word from my dives with you 'MANTA!!' yeah.
I would be grateful if you could let me know of any reference numbers for my membership of your platinum card so I can use it in the future visits to our favourite place in Sharm.
Regards to you all.
Cheers from Gary Hughes

Hello, we dived with various people from your company in Sharm el Sheikh in the Ritz Carlton arm of the dive school.
I just wanted to drop you a line to say that my girlfriend and myself found them all brilliant. She did her Padi referral course with Marnie and I did my AOW with Ivonne as well as a few dives with Shokry, Matt and Mark and we thought they were all superb, great instructors full of knowledge and interest. The guys helping us with all the kit for the shore dives in the
Ritz Carlton were great too. I'll happily recommend you guys in the future.
Thanks,
Mal

Having just returned to a cold and grey England, I am missing Egypt!
Many thanks to you and your team for yet another fabulous diving experience. Tamer and the Team at the Hyatt were as welcoming and helpful as ever. I really appreciate all that they do.
The days on the boat were excellent - great dive leaders, a good crew, very good lunch and a comfortable and very clean boat.
I look forward to my next visit which I hope will be in July.
With sincere thanks and very good wishes,
Nigel Bavidge

Hey All at Red Sea Diving College,
I am just re-adjusting back to life at home after a fantastic weeks diving in Sharm. I wanted to write to thank all those who made my weeks diving so memorable. I especially want to say a thank you to Sherif K. for his fantastic teaching during on the open water and Nitrox courses. His obvious passion and knowledge of the marine world coupled with his wide knowledge of recreational and tech diving was truly inspiring. If he should ever wish to try the cold waters of Ireland and see a seal or two I would be delighted to play host!
Thanks again

Thank you for a most enjoyable holiday everyone on the boats divemasters, instructors and reception staff were so helpful. I can see why you have been made dive centre of the year 3 times, I was disappointed with Harry's video which only lasted 16 minutes. He said he would put some extra footage on from previos dives but never did. I look forward to meeting up with you all again in April 2010.
All the best
John

Egregio Signor Federico,
I have just returned from my second visit to Sharm in the last 6 months, and my second period of scuba instruction through RSWW at the Ritz. I wanted to write a brief note to express just how impressed I have been with the service I have received on both occasions and, in particular, to sing the praises of my instructor, Roxy.
Last October I came out to the Red Sea with the specific goal of attempting to learn the basics of diving, not knowing whether or not I would take to it at all. Roxy was taking the pool introductory sessions and I was immediately impressed by her approach to teaching, so much so that I elected to attempt the Open Water course in the brief time I had available. By the time I completed the course I was hooked and I returned to do my Advanced and Nitrox certifications last month, once again with Roxy as my instructor, and once again experiencing her unique mix of seriousness and fun.
It's clear to me that Roxy is passionate about diving and has a talent for gauging the needs, expectations and preferences of her clients, tailoring her approach to teaching accordingly. With me, she made the entire experience less like a teaching session and more like a fun, relaxing holiday activity: serious, focused and professional when necessary, light hearted and fun when not, but in all instances maintaining the highest personal standards in safety, ethics and client care. Suffice to say, I had a number of comments from other clients remarking just how different, and how much better, our teaching sessions appeared to be from their own. I cannot conceive a diving holiday in the Red Sea without Roxy as my buddy and instructor as I aspire to move on to MSD.
Typically we are quick to write letters of complaint when we have had bad experiences; less enthusiastic to write and praise the efforts of individuals. I felt compelled to write this so that Roxy gets the recognition she deserves. She is a unique lady and a major asset to RSWW. I hope that you will find some way to reward her for her work and do all that you can to make sure she stays with you.
Cordiali saluti,
Dr Adriano M Henney
