Reservations |
can
be made by fax or e-mail. At the time of reservations you
will be advised of the availability of the services required. To
confirm this reservation a deposit payment by credit card of 10%
of the total cost of the arrangements is required. Full pre-payment
by bank transfer can be arranged. Once payment is received you will
receive in return confirmation of the amount paid as deposit and
of services booked. A binding contract will come into existence
with this confirmation, based on the following booking conditions. |

Prices |
It
is our policy to keep to the prices in our literature if at all
possible. However we must reserve the right to increase or decrease
the advertised price at any time before confirmation is issued.
You will be given the correct price at time of reservation. Once
your booking is confirmed, we will only surcharge if as a result
of governmental action or adverse exchange rate fluctuations. |

Amendment
by you |
Should
you wish to make any changes to your booking after it has been confirmed,
please advise us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to assist,
although we cannot guarantee that requests for amendments can always
be met. |

Cancellation
by you |
You
have an option to cancel your arrangements. In case of cancellation
a written letter, fax or Email is required. Any cancellations made
more than 14 days before booked services will incur an administration
charge of €10 per person booked. Any cancellation less than
14 days before booked service will incur a cancellation charge of
10% of the total booked services. |

Force
Majeure |
We
cannot accept liability and no compensation will be payable if the
performance of o contractual obligations is prevented or affected
by circumstances amounting to "Force Majeure". This includes
any event which we could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid
such as war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute,
natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, terrorist
activity, governmental action and all similar circumstances beyond
our control. |

Complaints |
If
you have a problem concerning the services offered by the Red Sea
Diving College during your holiday you must inform your dive guide
or instructor immediately, who will then endeavor to put things
right. If your problem concerns the dive guide or instructor you
must inform the Operational managers immediately, who will then
endeavor to put things right. It is a condition of this contract
that any problem is reported as above, while in resort. If you fail
to do so, any rights you may have will be extinguished or, at the
very least, substantially reduced, because we will have been deprived
of the opportunity to rectify the problem on the spot and / or investigate
it thoroughly. |

Behaviour |
We
reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a client at
any time, or to decline to retain any person as a client if their
behavior is such as risks causing danger, distress or annoyance
to any of our other clients, employees or third party, or to cause
damage to property. In this event, our responsibility for the person
concerned will immediately cease and we will not be liable to meet
any expenses or costs incurred as a result, make any refund or pay
any compensation. |

Special
Requests |
If
you have any special requests, please ensure to notify us in writing
at the time of booking. We will endeavor to provide any special
requests. We regret however that we cannot guarantee special requests
will be met and failure to do so will not be a breach of contract
on our part. |
